Bison can execute the most complex of designs in traditional forged ironwork.

Today, very few people in the World can use classical hand forged iron-work due to the prohibitive cost of manufacturing in most Western Countries.

However, in India we have a vast resource of Traditional Blacksmiths who continue the family craft of iron-working with the most basic of tools to produce virtually all the classical components required for European Style Wrought Ironwork.

With traditional coal smithy hearths dug in the earth - a few hand-tools & an anvil improvised from a solid block of steel these master craftsmen hunker down to produce virtually all the classical shapes in all sizes of steel!!

Here we see some candle-stand legs being forged for Export to Europe!!

These are then formed in an hydraulic press to shape them.

Coupled with modern welding & engineering equipment the combination can produce mind-blowing designs combining both aesthetics & technique..

From simple components painstakingly forged piece by piece...

we create large artefacts too..

This is a classical style panel - made from 14mm/12mm Round Steel Barstock. It is embellished with a combination of Cast Steel/Iron motifs as also MS stampings and Forged steel balls.

(Average costs Only $ 25/- to $50/- per Square foot!!)

A larger example in Heavier steel would be this balcony railing panel...

Forged Panel made from Solid Steel Stock: 16mm Square Bar (5/8"). Embellished with Cast Steel/Iron ornaments.

We also have a combination of machine + hand-made panels which liberally use Forged/Stamped/Cast Ornaments

This particular ornamental surround manufactured with 12mm square & 14mm Round Steel bar has castings, forgings & stampings!!

These are all generally put together from simple, modular elements like the basic baluster we see in the following picture:
