The basic machine for all Automatic Wrought Iron production remains the:
AUTOMATIC IRON TWISTER or DRIVE UNIT.

This determines the output, controls & size of material that can be processed.

We will not confuse you with MODEL NOS. Capacities or specifications here:

Most standard Iron twisters work upto a range of 25-30mm Square Bar.
Operating at speed ranges variable from 6-30 RPM.
We can also make larger or smaller models.

A fairly large standard
AUTOMATIC HEAVY DUTY IRON TWISTER or DRIVE UNIT
would look like this....

The table on the left would be fitted with the EMBOSSING UNIT

the Fixture on the Right would have a HYDRAULIC CYLINDER fitted for Baskets...

it would then be
a STANDARD BASIC MACHINE
which would look like this...

As you can see the capacities of the two machines are quite different.
However since we try & ensure that our range is modular in nature -  the Hydraulics - fitted here to a SMALLER CAPACITY TWISTING MACHINE can  be  fitted via the Rapid Cylinder Fixture to the HEAVY DUTY TWISTER shown above this picture.

With a combination of these two units one can easily manufacture a range of:

Generally this can be used to produce approx 5 Tonnes per day of Embossed Material.

After the End Forging these are inserted into Scrolling dies on the Scroll Former.

If the quantities required are small you can use a Scroll attachment on the main machine.
But if you require to make a lot of Scrolls then you would need a stand-alone
Scroll Forming Machine

Fitted with appropriate dies and the pre-set control system
you can manufacture a wide range of scrolls.

The range of units, toolings, dies, designs etc. is so vast that it would be impossible & meaningles to try and fit onto a web-page.
