Most of our spare-capacity is in the manufacture of WROUGHT IRON RINGS.
We have
a complete facility for manufacturing rings in all sizes used in the iron
fabrication trade.
We can
generate rings of all sizes from Square or Round Bar or Flat Steel.
The dimensions
of Bar stock in Square & Round is from 5mm - 20mm.
Popular
sizes are 8/10/12/14/16 mm.
The Inner
Diameter of the rings can vary from 16 - 300mm!!!
Popular
ID is 20mm/25mm/30mm/40mm /50mm/75mm/100mm/125mm etc.
On special execution we can manufacture oval shaped rings, we also have the facility to have drilled and/or tapped holes so that you can fit ornamental elements in between:

A circular ring would not have the desired effect so the oval rings were a better option....
Below is a picture of rings adding visual continuity to the sweep of a circular stair-case in the ascending flight.

while work is still in progress so they are not very clean sometimes &
you also see a lot of dust & stains... quite different
to the formal finished look - later when we handover the site!!)
The LOGIC of the RINGS....
Basically
Rings are used in the Borders of most classical wrought iron designs.
They are
also very handy for continuous fencing or railing segments where they are
basically used as "connectors" to join the vertical elements of the design
in a pleasing manner.
They are
a great element in virtually all wrought iron furniture & home-accents
However,
no matter how necessary or common a component, they are not particularly
easy to make reliably or accurately in large numbers unless you are specially
tooled up for the task.
Moreover,
if you see the value addition compared to the effort that goes into making
good rings.. especially the heavier ones (or the tiny accurate fellows...)
an artist-blacksmith/or a small forge could better use its time doing the
artistic work rather than producing these repetitive elements.

The rings
are not so "good-looking" in the "raw " state either....

At present
we can only supply about 500 Kgs. per Day....
But you
can book further capacity ....
We have piles of rings littering our shop-floor waiting to be packed & cleared out!!!
