Robert DeNiro hosted this documentary. This is the exclusive insider's account of the

World Trade Center attack from a trio of filmmakers: James Hanlon and brothers

Gedeon and Jules Naudet.

On September 11, 2001, the Naudets and Hanlon were in lower Manhattan working on

a profile of a probationary firefighter and his company, Engine 7 Ladder 1. Jules had

been shooting with Battalion Chief Pfeifer on what was a routine check of a gas leak.

Jules suddenly heard a roar from above and turned his camera upward. In doing so, he

captured the only known video of the first plane striking the World Trade Center. Jules

followed the firefighters into the heart of what would soon be known as "Ground Zero".
