He married ELISABETH HEIDERSCHEID 31 Mar 1858 in DeKalb County, Illinois, daughter of JOHN HEIDERSCHEID and CATHERINE WEBER. She was born 20 Feb 1829 in Folchette, Luxembourg, and died 22 Mar 1898 in Malta, DeKalb County, IL.

Gottlieb Frederich immigrated to the US in Sep 1853, landing at New York. Between September 1853 and July 1855 he lived in Chester County Pennsylvania with relatives and friends, the Kurfers and Glasers. In 1855, he settled in DeKalb County, Illinois.

Gottlieb David Hueber was born 08 July 1871 in Malta Township, DeKalb County, Illinois to Gottlieb Friedrich Hueber (12 September 1828 Enzweihingen, Vaihingen, Germany - 04 May 1907 Malta Township, DeKalb County, Illinois) and Elisabeth Heiderscheid (20 February 1829 Folchette, Luxembourg - 22 March 1898 Malta Township, DeKalb County, Illinois). He lived all of his life in the Malta area and was surrounded by a strong support system of family and life-long friends. He died 29 January 1943 in Malta Township, DeKalb County, Illinois.

Cora Amelia Schweitzer was born 07 May 1877 in Paw Paw Township, Lee County, Illinois to John Henry Schweitzer (26 October 1855 Portage, Marquette County, Wisconsin - 30 March 1917 Mercedes, Texas) and Elizabeth Plapp (31 January 1857 Pierce Township, DeKalb County, Illinois - 11 July 1914 DeKalb, DeKalb County, Illinois). Cora was a gentle and loving person who found great joy with her family. She died 12 July 1936 in Malta Township, DeKalb County, Illinois.
