Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes:
Yoga for a Healthy Back
Prevent and/or control chronic low back pain with yoga techniques to stretch and strengthen the lower back, strengthen the abdominals, and stretch the hip and hamstring muscles.
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 pm
Yoga for Stress Management and Osteoporosis
This class includes gentle weight-bearing yoga movements and relaxation techniques.
Thusdays, 11:00 am-12:15 pm
All Levels Yoga and Meditation
This class includes body awareness, pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (hand positions to channel subtle energy), chanting, yoga poses, and relaxation and meditation techniques.
Sundays, 6:00-7:15 pm

8-class card: $99
(Space priority goes to first time students

Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga therapy sessions can help you restore a sense of wholeness at any level of body/mind/spirit.
$70 for 60 minutes.
$105 for 90 minutes.

American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Health-Fitness Instructor
Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hours)
Certified in Vinyasa Krama Yoga by Srivatsa Ramaswami
Completed Ayurvedic Home Study Program through
the Ayurvedic Institute
Currently working toward 1000-hour certification as an Integrative Yoga Therapist through ITY
