"MUSTANGS ON 66" COMMEMORATIVE 2004 CALENDAR:

This highly collectible one time printing calendar will truely be very rare after 2004, or possibly sooner when they become sold out!

The full color calendar created by noted and acclaimed Route 66 pen and ink artist, Bob Waldmire, commemorates the 40th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang automobiles, in conjunction with a celebration of Old Route 66.

Bob Waldmire has outdone himself this time, for his obvious talents are wonderfully displayed in his sketches of various model Mustangs posed at famous sites, landmarks and vistas along Route 66! Each portrait page of the calendar is truely a "work of art" within itself, deeming each page worthy of framing after the year is over. Thinking of that ahead of time, Bob had the calendar binding made in saddle stitch form, to allow easy removal of the staples.

Measuring 81/2"x11", the calendar is printed on fine quality glossy paper, with the front cover page being thick card stock. EACH calendar page features a full color Route 66 map, additional thumbnail sketches, and also includes additional text with tidbits of information about the featured Mustang and Route 66 location. Each calendar month is in geographical order, from the east to west along the Mother Road. A bonus to the calendar, are the two added introductory pages with an illustrated history of the Mustang and Old Route 66!
