Boots Chevy '48 Coupe Rod feature

Aug '98     I bought it this way in June. It needed the bodywork straightened and better paint job.
At least the hard part is done.....chopped top, '68 drivetrain, 350 engine, updated wiring complete.

Aug '98
In September I started working on it a bit, replaced the Mustang gas tank with a '57 Belair tank (for my
new digital GM gas gauge) and modified the dash for custom digital/graphic gauges (Intellitronix)
with billet instrument panel. Has '90 Grand Am interior w/console.             (tu-tone '52 sold 11/98)

Welded metal over all original holes & made new holes for custom digital/graphic gauges. Hot rod style.
AM-FM CD player.     I never did this much bodywork INSIDE a car before!         Completed Apr '99

NEW paint July '99 - Lavender!  Fair paint job, fun to cruise in anyway!     (Nov '99)

Lo-budget.

350 / auto.

Custom
roll-pans.

'73 Olds
wheels.

(Nov '99)

I still have a good variety of completed modified Chevys.     Time to resume work on the '58 ?     (Nov '99)
