    • Seasonal Reports for American Birds/Audubon Field Notes/North American Birds
       Maui, HI: Fall, 1990 through Fall, 1993
       New Mexico: Fall, 1994 through Fall, 2007 and Big Year reports for 1995, 1998, and 2005.

    • Notes on the occurrence of selected species and recent significant records for NM:
       
      1. Records of migrant solitarius vireos by  number of birds  or  number of reports  in NM through 2000.

      2. Colonization timeline for  Eurasian Collared Doves  in NM through Summer, 2003.

      3. A long staying Buff-breasted Sandpiper found by Dave Cleary at Stubblefield Lake in Colfax county (photographed 070923).  Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Fall, 2007 Documentary images” set.
      4. An immature Black-billed Cuckoo found by Nick Pederson at the Melrose Trap (North Roosevelt Co.) on 070923).   This was my statebird with the last report being in 1994.  There are about 14 reports for NM.  Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Fall, 2007 Documentary images” set.
      5. A beautiful male Golden-winged Warbler I found at the Melrose Trap on 070928.   Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Fall, 2007 Documentary images” set.
      6. A Philadelphia Vireo at the Melrose Trap on 070929.   Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Fall, 2007 Documentary images” set.
      7. A female Common Redpoll at a feeder north of Taos on 071128.  This should the first verified record for New Mexico.  Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Fall, 2007 Documentary images” set.
      8. Couch’s Kingbird wintering in Sunland Park, Dona Ana Co., on 080106.  Found on a Christmas Count by Jim Paton, the state line passes through the yard where the bird is wintering. This is a first record for Dona Ana and El Paso  counties and about the 5th verified for New Mexico.   Images can be found by clicking on the “My Favorites” link below and looking in the “Winter, 2008 Documentary images” set.
    • My Favorites has been greatly expanded and moved to a new site on Yahoo’s Flickr photo site.  There you will find photographs of all kinds, though primarily birds and butterflies.  There is no automatic return to this site, so bookmark now.
