Jaycees Joining the Jaycees is, by far, one of the best things I've done in my life thus far! What is a Jaycee, you ask? The Jaycees is a leadership training organization for young people, mainly through community service work. Sounds boring, I know, but it's not. We run all sorts of projects from Haunted House to Texas Hold 'Em tournaments to Thanksgiving & Holiday baskets for less fortunate families. For more info on the Jaycees, click on the pics below.

I joined the Lombard Jaycees in 2004 and was the chapter's Rookie of the Year. Currently, I'm the Community Development Vice President. I've earned all sorts of awards from Rookie of the Month (several times) from my chapter, region and state, to awards for projects I've run to being recognized as Officer of the Month and First Half by my chapter.
The best thing I've gotten out of the Jaycees is the life-long friendships I now have.

Bowling Despite my screen name, I don't bowl anymore. It was a big part of my life for over 10 years but I am taking an extended break for now. Who knows, maybe I'll be back on the lanes sometime soon! ;)
Pictured here is my 1999-2000 League Championship pin. This championship meant a lot to me, as this had been my third consecutive year in the running for a league champion.
Since you'll probably ask anyway...
my high game is 267, and my high series is 657. I've carried an average as high as 186.
The greatest reward to me, in terms of my bowling, was working with my kids. I loved working with them, I loved passing something on that I love to them in hopes that someday they will follow in my footsteps. I am no longer involved in working with the youth leagues and I miss all of my kids dearly.

Music these are just two of the concerts I have been to. The best concert I've ever been to, hands down, was Chicago! Among my favorite artists are Ben Folds Five, Chicago, Blessid Union of Souls, Dixie Chicks & Garth Brooks to name a few. My favorite radio stations are US99, 101.9 The Mix and 97.5 The Zone.
