Day 1 gutting interior

This is the beginning of our conversion. We had an Arts and Crafts cottage with a great first floor layout but no head room or layout on the second floor. We needed a dormer to straighten out the layout. We decided to dormer the front giving the house a Victorian look.

Day 1 removing insulation

Day 1 Framing bearing partitions

Day 2 Removed front roof & framed

Day 3 Finish framing & sheathed

After about a week it's taking shape
