Here are the truck and race car entries at the front of the show. That is Rick Brown's IMCA stock car in the front there. He runs a Windsor and does very well at Marshalltown Speedway and across Iowa. Thanks to my cousin Rick for bringing it over to the show. I think they had a good time there that afternoon before they went to race in Boone.

This is a picture of the lineup in front of the registration stand showing class A the 64 1/2- 66 Mustangs and convertibles. All classes had plenty of entries except for 65-66 fastback which had none!

Here are some of the FOX bodied Mustangs from the 80's and there were many fine GTs and convertibles there. Down the line you can see some of the GT-500KRs that were at the show.

Here is a shot of the late model Mustangs and the Ford entries. There were several nice T-birds and a very nice Cougar there also. It was 83 degrees and sunny all day. It was even what you would call hot but the breeze was nice. It was much nicer than last year when it rained all day.

Here are some of the 70's Mustangs including the Mach 1 class which had three or four entries and the Grande and convertible class. Bill got a 3rd in his class and Jerry with his '69 convertible was the only one in his class and got a 1st place!

Here is Jeremy coming down the steps after receiving his trophy from Bill the club President. That is my 64 1/2 on the left and some of the other Class A and B cars. The trophies this year were laser cut steel Ford script logos with plaques on them. Everyone present received a trophy this year.

Here is a picture of Duane's car with some of the trucks in the background. Many of the Eastern Iowa Club members showed up and they did very well in the judging. We had a bunch of visitors who made the trek up the hill to view the Mustangs. The signs we put up drew the crowd in. One couple said they were driving from Des Moines to Ottumwa and had to stop in at our show.

Here is where I spent the day. We had two grills going and Stef, Mick, Bill and Dave did the cooking and serving. I helped out where I could. We sold out of nearly everything and even managed to make a bit of money despite the fact that we had very low prices. We had hamburgers, pork burgers, cooked bologna burgers, chips and drink. Dave was at his very first club function coming from NE Iowa and he worked hard cooking all day. He has a very nice new GT.
