Thank you for your interest in Briarwood Kennel's English springer spaniels. As you know, our breeding program is centered on producing some of the very finest "field-bred" English springer spaniels (ESS) available in the US today. Our Springers are bred in the English tradition for natural hunting and retrieving abilities and all of our Springers hold duel registry in both the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the United Kennel Club (UKC) and compete in both registries' field events. They are extremely biddable, have unquestionable temperaments and are very loyal. Combine all these traits with a personality that will surely win your heart and you have a true hunting companion!
We do a limited number of breedings each year and prefer our dogs to go to hunters and competitors.
