One to the carrier, one to the local chairman !!
This will be your only protection in event yours is lost while faxing !!!!

Carrier Abolishment on B&O

Carrier cuts more teams .. effective 9-6-01 Teams 7XA9 and 7XF1 will be abolished.

Rule 31(e) will apply. Seniority rules and all bumps must be done in compliance. Bumps must be sent to your LOCAL Chairman, Supervisor, man affected and Pacs dept in Jax.

Rule 32 must be complied with anyone furloughed
with no where to bump a junior man or open position. all Rule 32 applications must be sent to your LOCAL Chairman.
