About Our Web Site

The primary purpose of Morris Fork Baptist Church’s web site is to glorify God by promoting His truth throughout planet Earth, particularly those truths related to a proper view of Theology, Bibliology, Christology, Soteriology, Ecclesiology, and Eschatology. In the process of promoting God’s truth, it is necessary for us to point out error and to stand against that which is wrong just as vigorously as we stand in favor of that which is right. As those who love the Lord, we have no choice but to hate evil also (Psalms 97:10). Through God’s precepts, we have gained understanding; therefore, we have learned to hate every false way (Psalms 119:104). As a result of these things, we intend to post articles on our web site that are both positive and negative in nature. Our design in doing so is not to hurt, but to help our fellow man and to please our Lord. May the God of all grace be exalted through our feeble efforts!
