Could You
Could you hold me in your arms.
For just a little while.
Just to warm me up a bit.
Just to help me smile.
I'm tired and I feel weary.
I just need a little care
A little bit of comfort.
I know you have some to share.
You don't have to stay too long.
Just a few minutes of your day.
Just a hug and gentle kiss.
Would help more than I can say.
