Midnight Shadows
I gaze out my window
After an evening spent with you
The world is oh so silent now.
Nature is gathering the dew
In the mist of the midnight shadows
I see your face so clearly
I feel your hand in mine
I love you oh so dearly
The memory of you smile
I can feel you in my heart
You are a love so real
I've known it from the start
I cherish the times we share.
The moments we are as one.
I want you right here next to me
Until my life is done..
