Q - Why do you use the term donation aren’t you selling tickets ?
A - This is a semi private party that you have been invited to , you agree to assist in sharing the cost of the evenings entertainment. If we were to “sell tickets “ we would become susceptible to the red tape world IE permits / zoning boards / Tax man etc.
This is non profit, not unlike pitching in for pizza at a private Super bowl party.
Q - Will there be refreshment available ?
A -Yes, we will have Coffee / Teas / Juices as well as a Desert tray. You can help with the cost by either dropping in a donation at the desert bar or you can bring a snack of your own to add to our buffet .
Q - Are you a non smoking venue ?
A - . Yes we are a Smoke free inviorment. ( Smoking can be done just outside the Room ) but sorry no smoking is part of the agreement I sign to rent the room.
Q - Are there assigned seats with the RSVP
A - No,there are no assigned seats. The majority of the seats are folding chairs, but the room is furnished with llarge over sized chairs ./ a couch/ some hi back bar stools / we even have a balcony that will seat 10 or so ..
Doors will open at 6:45 for 7:30 show.
