Marge has spent 30 plus years turning unruly, ill mannered dogs into loving family pets, as well as her ability to evaluate a dog's behavior traits and work with each dog on an individual basis, as all dog's are different, with different personalities.
Marge has trained dogs through the level of "Utility",and has earned titles in AKC,ASCA, UKC,and CKC,through Utility. Dedicated to her students, striving for success. Students have achieved many High in Trials, and have achieved goals that they never dreamed of, getting titles in three consecutive trials, with high scores.One of her students was honored to be invited to the 2005 National Obedience Invitational, in Tampa, FL.
Marge was awarded the "DOG WORLD AWARD", with her Golden Retriever, "Brandy",and has been involved in the Therapy Dog program for over nine years, with Golden Retriever,"Kady" and "Windy" has excelled at all levels of obedience, The youngest of her Golden Retrievers, "Reba", has only just begun and has already accomplised titles in AKC and ASCA with multi- High In Trials.
Training has also included Service Dog training,with concentration on Mobility, for the handicaped.
A member of APDT :Association of Professional Dog Trainers
Marge has sat on the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of the Willamette Valley and has spent many hours volunteering with dog and horse rescue. A very caring, animal loving trainer and it comes through in her ability to work with all types of personality and behavior problems.
