Sue Miller, co-owner of Susie M's Gallery of Fine Tattooing, Salt Lake City, has created this wonderful nautical scene that surrounds Catt's lower left left. A previously-existing anklet, done by Leslie Allen, has been reworked and incorporated into the design as a coral reef. (photos 12/03)
