A sundeck and screen porch connects to a boardwalk with direct beach access. Pelican Watch is 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The house is excellent for family vacations, family reunions, graduations, weddings, wedding guests and quiet getaways. The house is also an ideal winter getaway for 2 to 3 couples, who want the live on the beach during the winter months. Winter rentals are on a monthly basis.
