1 pound lamb, cut into 1/2" cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, diced
2/3 cup rice
1/2 pound string beans, trimmed & cut into 1/2 inch lengths
1/2 pound peeled baby carrots, or sliced medium carrots

Inspired by Dan's Baby Boy (Click on Photo!!).  He's my choice for Millennium Dog.  The recipe has Baby's Seal of Approval.  Buster, my bully, and I love it too!!  Toss lamb cubes w/minced garlic & sautee, stirring frequently until golden & cooked through.Remove lamb & garlic w/slotted spoon & set aside in a bowl.  Meanwhile, place diced onion in same pan, blend w/pan juices & sautee until translucent.  Add rice.  Toss to blend w/onion & pan juices.  Add 1-1/2 cups water, string beans & carrots.  Stir well, bring just to a low boil & simmer until rice is cooked, greenbeans & carrots are tender, & water is evaporated.  Add water if needed.  When done, add lamb & garlic.  Blend well, serve & enjoy, then Vote for Baby for Millennium Dog!!!  Please vote for Baby the Bulldog : )))
