1st R: Ch 4; skip 1 ch; 1 sl st in each of the next 3 ch ( 1st bar made); * ch 9; skip 1 ch; 1 sl st in each of the next 3 ch (next bar made); repeat from * until you reach desired length of edging, break thread.

2nd R: Join thread in point of first bar with sc; * ch 5; 1 sc in point of next bar; ch 6 6; turn. Fasten above 1st bar with a sl st. Turn. Over ch of 6 make 5 sc; 1 picot (picot - ch 3 sl in 1st ch) ; 5 sc; sl st over bar. Repeat from * across; end off

3rd R: Attach thread in 1st st of foundation row. Working along back of foundation row dc in each st across. End off.
