"Would You Like to be my guest in my village?" Thirty years has past since I had heard these words in Sivas Train Station in 1973. and I am still blaming myself for refusing this offer. If I would receive such a warm offer today, not only I would accept it at once, but also I would try to return back there even I would finish my work there. I haven't forgotten this timidity that I had experienced in the early days of my hobby. Thirty-three years has past since I first hold a camera in my hands on 1 May 1970. There must be very few people that can keep on enjoying a hobby for such a long time. In fact, we can not call this "a hobby", but instead "Life Style" will be more appropriate. With its good and bad memories this life style has provided me not only to realise the beauties of my country but also helped me to share this beauty with the others. Up to today, I had 16 personal exhibitions and I had attempt 17 mixed exhibitions. The awards that I had been granted in both national and international photography competitions are the most beatiful result of my such a long lasting hobby.
