Chaspen Opera Theater's multi-media production is set in the Casa di Riposo --an old musicians' home established by the great opera composer, Verdi -- on the day of Caruso's death. Five former opera stars "rage against the dying of the light," coming to terms with regret and loss, ultimately finding peace in the immortality of their music.
