Welcome to our website. Laura 2 has been in business since 1996 in the Charleston, South Carolina area. We offer a year-round babysitting service for the Charleston area.

Who are we?

Our sitters are top-of-the-line. The company began by a mother and daughter who love children. The women are available for vacationing families at the local resorts as well as permanent residents who are in need of childcare.

Our babysitters are reliable, college-educated in child development and permanent residents of the area.
Our two founders and head-sitters are:
~Laura: mother of two grown children, Masters of Education in counseling, 25 years with the State of Connecticut Disability Determination Bureau, 10 years serving rental agencies in childcare for Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Wild Dunes, Sullivan's Island, Mt Pleasant, and surrounding areas.
~Laura Ashley: Honor student at Charleston Southern University, majoring in Communications and Psychology, classes taken in child psychology and child development, Dean's List, creative and fun-loving.
