KRAFT MAYONNAISE KITCHEN

Kraft Mayonnaise Kitchen in the Foods Building

Kraft demonstrated the manufacture of mayonnaise in a kitchen completely enclosed with tile and glass, ventilated and cooled with filtered air, to insure strict sanitation. Mayonnaise was mixed in the exclusive Kraft Miracle Whip machine. The name "Miracle Whip" was also given to the new salad dressing that Kraft introduced at A Century of Progress.

Sterilized glass jars were filled automatically by this Filling Machine.

After the jars were sealed, they were labelled by this machine.
