To enter this site, you should:
  • Be without child (i.e., childfree, childless, no kids!),
  • Be married or single,
  • Be between the age of consent and death,
  • Live in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and
  • Enjoy socializing with others not contributing to the gene pool.
If you don't meet this criteria, you can come in, but you can't stay.

What is this place?

This is the metropolitan Phoenix gathering place for adults with no parental ambitions. There is no agenda, except to socialize with like minded adults.

When and where do we meet?

Join us at our
Click for meetings

We meet once a month for a social event. The meeting is usually on the third or fourth Saturday or Sunday in the month. We're flexible--we don't need to find a baby sitter. On most occasions we meet at a different and interesting restaurant. The date, time and place are selected by the member who has volunteered to make arrangements for the meeting. Just click if you'd like to see our meetings, past and present.

What do we do?

We've gone for a cruise (the Dolly paddle boat on Canyon Lake), gone to the dogs (Phoenix Greyhound Park), taken a space ride (Imax Mission to Mir), been serenaded and gondola'd (Hyatt Regency at McCormack Ranch), hockey'd (Phoenix Coyotes v. Vancouver Canucks), and spent a day at the races (Turf Paradise) and a night at the zoo (Zoolights & a private tour). Sometimes we've just dined at a popular restaurant with screaming kids at a nearby table.

Who thought of this place anyway?

We used to be an affiliate of The ChildFree Network in Citrus Heights, CA.  Then something awful must have happened to our leader (pregnancy?).  Someone else was supposed to have taken over the parent organization, but their present status is none too certain, so I suppose we're orphaned.

How much does it cost?

Activities usually run between $5 and $35 per person depending on the activity and your appetite. The dues are $10 a year. Sometimes you have to chip in a few bucks for mailing costs, and for this massively expensive web site. You can afford it...you're probably a DINK.

Where do I join?

You don't really have to join to check us out. Just come to our next event. Call Janice at (480) 831-9079 to find out just what that might be. Or to be added to the mailing list, just Email us with your snail-mail address.  (Sorry...we're not up to Email lists yet.).

So far we've only had visitors. What are you doing out there? Procreating?
