What's Happening around me!
Hi!, I hope you are having a great day! Summer is just around the corner ! It's been a cold snowy winter here. We have moved to Cary, Illinois to be nearer our grand kids and in a smaller house. We bought a ranch house with 3 bedrooms, and a 3 car garage. We will have room for another antique car now. I hope you enjoy your visit to my web page.
I'd sure like to drive our Chevy Monte Carlo, Jeff Gordon #24 car across the country to California some day! You can see it on my photo page.
Our oldest grand daughter lives about 40 miles away, the other two live 3 and only 2 miles away in Cary. So we hope to spend time with them this year round also. They are a real joy! I'm sure we will take them with us to the zoos or museums next summer, and maybe up to Wisconsin.
We had the Finucane Family Reunion 2003, there were about 200 that made it. We had a great time up in Burlington Wisconsin. We have a seperate web page for the reunion......Check the page for more details, CLICK HERE The next one is planned for 2008!
We also had a cousin get together at the Bay Rest in Arkdale Wisc., in October, just guys. You might be able to catch me on Yahoo's Messenger. I have been on with cousin's Pat and Magoo, and daughter Jean, and now my brother Dale and niece Kim. Free talk online is lots of fun with this bunch. My Online Life
I use Yahoo Messenger, it works pretty good, and their talk feature is great. I also use MSN Messenger.
I also use AOL "Instant Messenger" a lot. If you have me on your Buddy List, keep an eye out for me I'd be happy to chat. I also have another page on Homestead, "CHUCK'S" so check it out. My Interests
I enjoy oldies music and of course "Elvis" music. My wife Pat and I are also General Hospital junkies. We watch it everyday so don't call between 2:00 and 3:00 P.M. Luke opened his Haunted Star Club again, Laura is in a nut house again. I also enjoy going on retreats up at Saint Benedict's Abbey, in Antioch, IL. My group of friend's have been going there since 1990. It's a beautiful and restful place.
