Abigail's Place

My name is Abigail. You can call me Abbey for short. I am an Old English Sheepdog and live in New England. I love to swim with the fish and playing in the water is my favorite past time. If I'm not swimming I like to chase the seagulls and crows. They make funny noises and like to tease me. My dream is to have wings! I also truly love going for rides in the car. I sit in the back seat and have a tendency to rest my head on my Mom’s shoulder as she is driving. Her name is Cindy. This sometimes causes her to randomly take right hand turns. Mom’s cool though and does not mind having a copilot as long as I stay in the back. My front seat driving becomes too risky because I become too stimulated looking all around. I also like to press my nose against the windows and drool with my tongue. My Mom’s car has never been the same! What’s the difference if it always looks foggy outside?

Thank you for stopping by to visit with me because meeting new people is foremost of all. Don’t be fearful if at first I bark because if I really like you and want you to be my friend, I will shake your hand. Just say "how do you do" and I will give you my paw.

My favorite beauty tip.

JUST SMILE
Smile from the heart!
It's the second best thing you can do with your lips.

No one needs a smile more
than the person who doesn't have one.

For everyone that makes you cry,
there are three to make you smile,
And a smile will last a long, long time,
but a tear for just a little while.

Did you know that any girl can be glamorous.
Just stand still and
look stupid!

If your dog doesn't like someone you probably shouldn't either."
Unknown Dog

"Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent.
To sit with a dog on a hillside on a
glorious afternoon, is to be
back in Eden where doing nothing
was not boring -- it was
peace."
