Tumultuous week!  Aren't they ALL!

The puppies are in their terrible twos - nonstop and working hard at being their own little self.  Their play is harder and the squeals are louder.  Luckily this too shall pass as they develop their individual egos and build their confidence and identities.  Saturday, August 25th, was a hallmark - at just under 3 months of age the first of the four "lifted a leg".  Not Dublin, not Dallas, not Denver.  God bless those little girls!  Yes, it was Dawn.

Byblos would like to announce the birth of his human sister - riley autumn.  congratulations from cy'era cirnechi to the hicks family on their firstborn child.

Ms Diva surprised us by going into heat.  No she will not be bred this year.  Next litter will be Alma - Felix and only nature can, at this point, know the timing.

The mail brought a wonderful note and pictures from Dakota - it seems that he is living in his parent's bed and handling it like quite the little adult.  He also has been introduced to the BEACH and seems to love it.
