Not to be used without written consent of
It's brilliance was beyond compare,
Appeared the angel on the hill,
There went the wise men,
But special of them all was he,
He gave the baby a gift well known, Often in the hustle and bustle of Christmas, we forget what is truly important. Please understand, the drummer boy is not a real person in the bible. Though he is not real, we can still learn from him. The gift he gave was his time, his love, and his talent, according to this story. We get so "wrapped up" in the wrapping and the gift, that we forget one very important thing. When giving, it is the intent of the heart that is truly important. For the heart is what God sees. Make sure, this Christmas, that your intent is pure. The gift is of no matter, the heart is of the most important matter. Have a blessed holiday. Please feel free to use the links provided below. Some are of other Christmas poems. One is just a favorite site of poetry ~ the woman truly has a gift. The last is my other site. Hope you have enjoyed your visit.
