Birth Doula Services As a doula, working towards certification, it is my pleasure to serve as your childbirth support person at the location of your choice. I look forward to serving women in either home or hospital setting. Please call or email me for an initial consultation. I would like to then set up a casual, in person get-to-know you meeting. If you decide the match is right, I will gladly devote time to your phone and email questions. In addition, we will meet two-three times before the birth to discuss your options, to draw up a birth wish list, to work through fears/concerns, as well as any additional information you'd like. If requested, I will offer you referrals and resources before and after your birth. From two weeks before to two weeks after your birth, I am on call for you. When you go into labor I will come at the time that you wish to have more assistance, and stay with you for at least one to two hours after the birth of your baby to get you settled. I will be in contact as often as you wish and we will meet after your baby's birth one to two times as your schedule permits to process the birth, talk about baby care, help with breastfeeding, or discuss your own recovery. It is my desire that the beauty and sacredness of birth be preserved and protected for every woman. Let me help you achieve the loving birth you so desire.
