- Work closely with the project managers in developing cost analyses, implementation requirements, risk assessment/analysis, resource allocation, and affordability analysis.
- Support information system development through the creation of complex life cycle cost models, evaluation of cost savings, impact analysis, function point analysis, statistical analysis, report preparation and presentation.
- Perform “what-if” analyses using various performance measures, risk management techniques and affordability analysis computations.
- Collect and analyze requirements data to support program planning and the identification of technical and functional resources to perform specific tasks and their associated cost.
