For more than twenty five years EON productions have entertained cinema audiences
throughout the world with their adventure spy thrillers, featuring womanising
secret agent James Bond, 007, created by Ian Fleming.
During this quarter decade the face of Bond may have changed but the basic
formula remains, combining glamour and humour with fast cars and sophisticated
technology, supplied by 'Q' of course and with action packed story lines;
this all adds up to a block busting cinematographic phenomenon, and the most
successful film series of all time.
Cars of the Stars is privileged and proud to own as part of it's Museum the
extensive 'James Bond Collection' of vehicles. These include:-

Aston Martin DB5
Eon authorised show car with working gadgets including mock ejector seat,
retractable machine guns behind side lights, tyre slashers, extending over-riders
front and back, bullet-proof retractable shield, control console, rotating
number plates etc, as in the films 'Goldfinger ' and 'Thunderball'.

motorbike and sidecar used in the filming and was purchased by the museum
in 1999.
Lotus Esprit Roadcar
This is actual white Esprit S1 used in the famous chase sequence in The Spy
Who Loved Me. It evades the lovely Caroline Munro in her helicopter
by driving off a pier and then converting into a submarine, complete with
mines and rockets to get rid of any unwanted attention. This is a
very early car and was purchased directly from Lotus Cars in 1998.
Underwater Lotus Submarine
From the film 'The Spy Who Loved Me'. One of several shells used in this
film. Three being shipped to the Bahamas. Only two others are known to still
exist. This shell was purchased and restored by Cars of the Stars in the
late 80's. This vehicle shows the special effects when in the film the car
converts from a car to submarine. It was also the actual vehicle that fired
the rocket, shooting down the helicopter in the film.
Lotus Esprit Turbo
The actual car driven by Roger Moore in the film 'For Your Eyes Only'. This
is the white car seen at the beginning of the film prior to it being blown
up by the car's own anti-thief device.

Lotus Esprit Turbo
The actual car driven by Roger Moore in the film 'For Your Eyes Only'. This
is the copper coloured car used in the second half of the film. Fitted with
Ski racks. There were two identical cars used in the filming and Cars
