  It is with great sadness that we must inform everyone of the passing of Harlan A. Barratt, on April 24, 2002. A viewing (1:15PM) and burial (2:00PM) took place on Tuesday, April 30, 2002, at Gracelawn Memorial Park, south of Wilmington, DE on Rt. 13 (DuPont Highway & I-295 (@ Delaware Memorial Bridge).
