Triangle Beaded Scarf

Materials:
Cotton 4 ply worsted weight yarn in your choice of color
6 mm beads (80)
“H” hook
Model was made using 76 silver and clear beads, alternating.

Special stitches: Beginning Vst = chain 4 (first dc plus 1 chain) 1dc in same sp.
                Vst = 1dc, chain 1, 1dc in same sp.

Beading:    String approximately 76 beads onto yarn before beginning. Place a
 bead in the center of each Vst. If desired, also place 1 bead at each corner of
edging row and at the bottom of chain 30 strings.


Row 1:    Chain 5, join to make a circle. Work 3 Vst in circle. Chain 4 and turn.

Row2:    Work 1 b/g Vst in top of last dc from row below. Work 1 Vst in each Vst
 across. Work 1 Vst in top of first chain 3 from row below. Chain 4 turn.

Row 3:    Work 1 Vst in each V st across. Chain 4 turn.

Row 4:    Work 1 Vst in first Vst, work 1 Vst in space between 1st & 2nd Vsts
from row below. Work 1 Vst in each Vst across. Chain 4 turn.

Repeat row 4 until desired length (model was made using a total of 10 rows.)

Edging:    Work 1 hdc in each Vst and in space between in Vst across. Chain
30, sl st back up chain and across tops of hdc to other end. Chain 30, sl st back
up chain. Fasten off and weave in ends.
