Homespun Scrunchie

Materials:

Lion Brand Homespun

Crochet hook size G

Thick pony tail elastic

Connect yarn to pony tail holder

Round 1: 30 sc around the band; join with a sl st to the first sc.

Round 2: Ch 3 to count as the first dc, dc in the same st; 2 dc in each remaining sc around the band;

join with a sl st to the top of the beginning ch 3.

Round 3: Ch 1,  2sc in the same st; 2 dc in each remaining dc around the band;

join with a sl st to the first sc..

Round 4:  Ch 1, sc in same st as joining;  *ch 4, skip two sc, sc in next sc.   Repeat from * around.

Join with a sl st to the first sc. Fasten off.
