The Cromwell Historical Society is located in the Stevens-Frisbie House, an Italianate, Victorian house at 395 Main Street in Cromwell Connecticut. The house is a museum featuring exhibits about local history and the Frisbie and Ranney families. For the Winter, the museum is open on the first Sunday of each month from 2 until 4.
Society events include a Christmas Open House and monthly meetings and programs as well as special events (like Victorian Teas) throughout the year. Juleps & Viragoes, the living history contingent of the Society, provides living history programs at many of the events and at local schools.
