drop, drop, drop
Crystal Tears of pain
no longer frozen
begin to rain
for years they were hiding
protecting the one
from threads that were bound
to not come undone
slowly they open
unveiling the pain
that was hidden so deeply
"Numb" was the name
easier it was
to freeze the tears
hidden in crystal
all through the years
try as I might
to release the emotions
they were frozen in time
as still as the ocean
the tears would not come
they said "let me be"
try as I may
too much pain, can't you see?
Crystal Tears of pain
are too hard to hold
let the sun shine in
to warm up the cold
the time as arrived
to start feeling again
slowly I release
