Len Olson, prominent M 70 thrower, has written the first book-length account of how the Masters Track and Field program was started, how it developed nationally and internationally, and the future direction of the sport.
Len tells the story first-hand, having been involved in all aspects of the sport since 1970. He profiles the pioneers and gives their accounts of the early struggles for acceptance of serious competition for Masters.
