Hi there Cysters!
No excuses this time . . . LOL
Life has just been way too busy and hectic over the past year or so for me to do much work with the website. I hate not being able to get here as much as I used to and do updates as often as I used to, but when things are pretty much the same as far as the PCOS goes . . . there's not much to talk about! LOL
Still cannot believe my counter got re-set after more than 20,000 visitors. I really hated to remove that thing, believe me . . . But for those of you who are questioning, NO, this is NOT a new website. It has been up and running since 2000 . . .
Am doing FANTASTIC on my low-carb plan - come visit my journal which I'm updating today for more information!
Please read the information about emailing me. I've had to block quite a few domains because of spam and porn mail, and there is information there on another important factor you need to know before you write me.
That said, thank you all so much for the letters asking how I am doing. I really appreciate hearing from so many of you who were concerned because I hadn't updated in so long. Everything will be explained in my journal . . .
