After 21 years of giving tours, being an author and tour guide from Charleston, S.C., I have written a novel that that seems to have captured the imagination of many. Now concentrating on writing alone, I want to offer you my work. It's called the "The Root of All Evil" and has been a regional besteller for three years. I am including the Amazon main page below.
Writing is something I have always wanted to do, and when I turned 40, my mortality slapped me flat in the face. It was time to fish or cut bait (as the case may be).
In "The Root of All Evil, I write extensively about both root medicine and quantum physics which I believe is "God in the details."
For those of you think that root medicine is some sort of holistic way to health, think again. In the Lowcountry of South Carolina, voodoo pales in comparison to root medicine. Put it this way, if one were to characterize the two in religious terms, Voodoo would be Catholicsm, root medicine would be snake handlers.

My favorite on-line areas are where I can do research. I find the Internet to be like the Library at Alexendria at your fingetips. The other thing I love about the Internet is the access to friends that I thought I'd lost forever

My Interests
Favorite Bands: The Beatles, The Eagles, Alainais Morrisette, The Doors, etc. Etc.
Favorite authors and books, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, John Stienbeck, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Michael Slade, etc. Etc.
Any advice I would give any budding writer would be to never, ever, give up. We all have a story. It's a matter of telling it.
There's no such thing as writer's block. Just relax and go with your instinct. You can always rewrite it. A book you may find enlightening is by Ray Bradbury called"Zen and the Art of Writing."
I have one more admonition for those who want to write.
