Working Arrangements

 Working arrangements are negotiable; however, I typically work from my home office. This arrangement has proven in the past to be cost effective for the client. I provide all the equipment and software needed to communicate effectively with the client. The delivery of services is facilitated by conference calls and the exchange of electronic documents. I will travel to the client site when required.

I am an employee of my own company. My company is responsible for all employee related expenses and obligations (e.g. taxes, insurance, etc.) The client needs to sign a service agreement with my company.

 

Pricing

 Services are provided on a time and materials basis. A hourly rate of $95 dollars will be charged for the actual hours worked in performing the services. Timesheets will be submitted for the client's approval. The smallest unit of time billed is 15 minutes. All time recording will be rounded up to the next 15 minute interval.

 In addition to the service fees billed to the client, the client will reimburse the cost (without mark-up) of any reasonable travel, meal, lodging , long distance telephone charges or other out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred and related to and necessary for the performance of the services. Adequate supporting documentation to substantiate all such expenses will be furnished.

 Travel time will be charged when traveling more than 60 miles each way. The first hour in each direction is no charge. Travel time will be charged at the same rate as services, a rate of $95 a hour. The maximum amount of travel time that will be charged is two hours in each direction. Travel time will be documented on the timesheet.
