BVM On30 Gallery -- Dunkirk Locos
Boulder Valley Models On30 Photo Gallery
301-302 Dunkirk Logging Locos
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Garry Cerrone
The crew stops to gab for a while along the water front on Garry's beautiful diorama.  Garry's "GC Design Group" produces a variety of interesting detail items in O scale -- click photo to visit his web page.
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Steve Austin
Steve did a great job detailing No. 4 for his roster -- and it looks like the fireman dserves a rest after chopping all that firewood.  Also shown is a BVM 507 Shorty Caboose. (Photo at right)
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Howard Clarke
Howard built this model for his review in the Narrow Lines magazine (UK) -- he wanted to show the model essentially "stock", but added a number of interior details from Duncan Models in the UK.  (Photo at left)
301 Dunkirk by Martin Swannell
Now here's a loco with a busy day ahead!  Martin added a chunky headlight, a variety of details and a bit of grime
to make his Dunkirk look right at home on his busy logging railroad.  What a great scene!  (Photo at right)
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Steve Sherrill
Widely known as the "West Virginia Rail Baron," Steve has a beautiful On30 layout.  Here's his neatly customized Dunkirk getting ready for a day's work at the logging camp, as a local freight passes by in the foreground.  (Photo at left)
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Bliss Bignall
Hard to believe, but this loco took a serious tumble (to the floor) ... being a very "authentic" railroad man, Bliss turned right around and put the loco back together and back in service.  The pooch really enjoys riding along.  (Photo at right)
301 Dunkirk by Stan McElnea
Another fine detailing job ... notice that Stan opted not to copy our front railing, but simply installed a grab iron across the front deck.  We really like that big box headlight, the modified stack and the little lantern hanging in the back.  (Photo at left)
301 Open-Cab Dunkirk by Roger Jansson
Here's a neatly-appointed logging loco from a Swedish modeler.  Looks like Roger used some of the Duncan Models (UK) detail parts, as seen on Howard Clarke's model.  The crew's going to have some serious work to do judging by those trees in the background!  (Photo at right)
302 Enclosed-Cab Dunkirk by Roland Marcotte
The crew has some great scenery to enjoy while heading out to the lumber camp!  Roland's Dunkirk is neatly assembled with an added front railing, some suppplies and a crew member up front who just might be a railfan.  (Photo at left)
301 Dunkirk by Fabrice Fayolle
Here's another logging loco with neatly-done details ... Fabrice added various roof top details, a ladder and a new flared stack, plus a variety of details on the lower level.  (New photo -- May 2005)
