I released this CDROM on Monday August 19,2002. The CDROM contains a complete history of the regiment from its roots in the organization of the Ohio National Guard to its muster out in August 1864. It also contains a complete roster and an alphabetical graves registry. In addition, I have included a number of the primary documents I used to write this book, including the Henry S. Chapin letters and the official reports from the OR. I have also included Lt. Col. Frederick R. Miller's report on the Berryville Wagon Raid, a report which is not in the OR and hasn't been in print until now. The CDROM also contains over 80 pictures of 144th Ohio veterans, leaders they served under, and pictures of places the regiment served at. And what regimental history would be complete without maps-there are four: two of Monocacy, one of Berryville, and one of the Maryland area. The cost is just $12, with shipping costs at $3.85 USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to order a copy, please email me. I can also accept online credit card payments through Paypal.
