Dave Pawson: Poetry: Haiku
My Haiku Page
By David Pawson
The new day has dawned,
yesterday a memory,
tomorrow a dream.

The evening has come
And the stars are out tonight:
Romance fills the air.

Softly falling snow,
gentle, with a tender touch,
can still avalanche.

The colors of Fall:
Lovely, but nevertheless
The colors of Death.

The new day begins.
Birds greet the sun, the world stirs.
I go back to sleep.

Friendship is the bridge
That connects two people's hearts;
Caring is the toll.

Serendipity:
When you find the thing you need
Just when you need it.
