For every booking, a maximum of 1 payment for the deposit & 1 payment for the balance is accepted. Payment due in EUROS. A hold or reservation on the property is valid for 48 hours & cancels automatically if the Booking Form & Wire Transfer documents are not received during the 48 hour period. No booking is considered valid without receipt of ALL of these documents.

Release of Claims and Acknowledgement of Risk

By signing this document,I do hearby expressly waive, on my behalf & that of my heirs, any and all claims, causes of action or demands of any kind against Travigne, Inc., their employees, or anyone hired as a contract laborer by the corporation or it?s management for any injury, death, illness, or material loss arising during my voluntary participation in the above described rental of the Travigne located at Localita Valecchie 119, 52040 Montanare (Arezzo) Italy. I accept the risks inherent in travel in a foreign country to myself or to my children by air, land or water, including horseback, boat, mountain bike or any automobile driven by myself or by any other person including anyone who is an employee or hired as a contract laborer or any other person contacted by such persons on behalf of the rental party while staying at Travigne located at Localita Valecchie 119, 52040 Montanare (Arrezzo) Italy.I understand that at the rental property of Travigne, Localita Valecchie 119, 52040 Montanare (Arezzo) Italy there is a swimming-pool which is fenced to the persons renting the property. I accept the responsibility & risks of injury or death or illness involved to myself or my children regarding the fenced swimming-pool & will agree to maintain standards of safety around the pool which include at least one alert & aware adult guarding any child under the age of 18. I agree not to run or take glass objects to the pool area to avoid injury. I agree to keep a certified life jacket on any child who cannot swim while around the pool area. I agree to warn children of the dangers involved around a swimming-pool & of these rules.I understand that while every effort is made to uphold high standards in all areas of the rental property, Travigne Localita Valecchie 119, 52040 Montanare (Arezzo) Italy, that the recent restorations of the property in 2001have brought the house up to new standards of electricity, plumbing, & other safety matters, but that due to the historical nature of the house at times problems can occur with equipment, utilities, supplies, or furnishings. I also understand the tap water at Travigne, Localita Valecchie 119, 52040 Montanare (Arezzo) Italy comes from a well on the property. I have been advised that the water has been tested as safe drinking water but understand the risk of drinking unfamiliar water & have been advised that I should drink bottled water while renting the house.I also understand that while every effort is made to uphold high standards of food quality with the persons contacted to cook meals for our renters on occasion, that I may eat & drink unfamiliar foods or beverages and do not hold the corporation, it?s management of contracted laborers responsible for any sickness, injury or death regarding food or drink of which I have voluntarily partaken.

I understand that once a provisional booking is made, it must be confirmed within 2

working days by receipt of this form with the Total Deposit Payment. I declare that I

am over 18 years of age and that this booking is made in accordance with the Booking

Conditions and Release of Claims & Acknowledgement of Risk for all of those

travelling in my party. I agree to be held responsible for the balance of rental terms due

& payable in accordance with the Booking Conditions.

Payment Procedures and Booking Conditions

A booking made verbally by fax, email or telephone is considered binding & must be reconfirmed within 2 days by faxing a signed Booking Form, Release of Claims Form, & the Wire Transfer Confirmation document to:

PAYMENTS:

A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost plus the total payment for extras (Baby pak & bikes) is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the total cost is due no later than 2 months prior to the commencement of the rental. If the balance due is not received 2 months before your rental begins, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and apply the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

For bookings made less than 2 months prior to the commencement of the rental, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Payments may be made by money order, cashier's check, or wire transfer. Please make the check payable to Dianne Donadio in Euro. To make a wire transfer, kindly fax the wire confirmation upon completion.

Once we have received your completed Booking Form and deposit, we will confirm your booking via fax or email. If you have omitted any details on the Booking Form, we will advise you as to what further information is required. Failure to provide required details by the due date of the final rental payment could result in cancellation of your Booking and the application of the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

If you are booking more than 2 months before the commencement of your holiday, we suggest you make a note in your diary as a reminder. Upon receipt of the balance 2 months prior to the rental date, we will confirm receipt via email or fax. Shortly thereafter, we will send you directions to Travigne as well as our 'Information Pack' that will prove useful in preparing for your trip.

SECURITY DEPOSIT, HEATING CHARGES, & PHONE CHARGES

A refundable Security Deposit is required & is to be paid to the Caretaker upon arrival in cash in Euro. This is to cover any breakages that may occur during your stay & phone charges made at the house. If breakages exceed the Security Deposit, you will be required to pay them before departure. The telephone is metered and payment is based on consumption. The Security Deposit will be refunded at the time of your departure day, less any deductions made as a result of the above-listed charges. Heat & excess electricity above 330 kwh is charged locally & is also payable based on consumption.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

- Up to 12 weeks prior to commencement of rental: 50% of deposit

- 12-8 weeks prior to commencement of rental: 100% of deposit

- 8 weeks to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental cost

- In the case of bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental, cancellation fees will be charged as above.

- A House Book, located at Travigne, with important information about the house, Cortona, the vicinity, local restaurants, & excursions.

- An Information Pack, sent via email, 2 months prior to your arrival, to help you prepare for your trip.

What does the rental payment not include?

- Electricity usage above 330 kw per week be paid locally based on consumption

- Purchase of travel insurance

- Extras including cooking services, babysitting, extra cleaning services, grocery shopping services, use of the telephone/fax/internet connection, and firewood.The costs for extras are payable locally in Euro.
