A beautiful place located in a beautiful part of Tuscany. The house is centrally located for day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Florence, and the Chianti Region. Don't over look the town of Cortona - with nice restuarants, cafes and shopping.

Whether you want to explore Tuscany or sit back and enjoy the quite surroundings of Travigne - the location and the house is highly recommended.

The house is fantastic. The open layout of the downstairs makes it a great place for a large number of guests. It is beautiful without feeling stuffy. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. It has the most modern appliances and everything an epicure would need. It is large enough for those who want to watch as well as those preparing a meal. The bedrooms are large and airy (big enough to hold all the purchases from the great shopping in the area) and the bathrooms are state of the art. Everything has the charm of the Italian countryside with the most modern conveniences (a beautiful wrought iron gate that's electric!). The house is just a 10 minute drive into town but there are also some lovely walks in the neighborhood. The guest house is perfect for those with kids. I would love to stay in this house again.

Wonderful accomodation and surroundings. Nothing but vineyards and hills all around. Great location to travel to other Tuscan towns as well (especially if you have a car)!

I stayed at Travigne last November and it was the best getaway of my life. It is absolutely beautiful there! I sat for hours taking in the view of the mountains and vineyards.. it's truly breathtaking. I would recommend this vacation to anyone! Everything about it was absolutely perfect!

Travigne was first class - in facilities, location and vacation options. The Villa was equipped with the finest fittings, and the location was undoubtedly the most centrally located for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. The owner provided unlimited entertainment opportunities from golf to horseback riding to Tuscan cooking classes and wine tasting. Fabulous! Highly recommended!

A large stone farmhouse in a very picturesqure valley between vineyards and a farm. You'll feel like you own the vineyard!! Very close to Cortona. Wonderful location. Cortona is a must visit for any fans of medieval cities.

Travigne is everything one wishes for when planning that dream vacation to Tuscany. The spacious house sits amid famed vineyards, olive groves, and the spectacular Italian countryside. Its location is minutes from shops, restaurants, Italian markets, and is also accessible to other areas of Italy for quick day and overnight trips. A lot of evenings you want to just stay in and enjoy the splendor of Travigne and all it offers - sitting outside in the patio and enjoying the colors, sights and sounds of Tuscany (while enjoying some Chianti, pasta and antipasto, of course!) The house is comfortable and elegant with a hint of rustic flair - with all the amenities including a pool, w/d, large, refurbished kitchen, and a fire place just to mention a few. Travigne is first-class and provides a perfect setting for all including group vacations and family reunions to experience the true flavor of Italy. I recommend it highly.
