Dear Prospective Client,

As a personal chef I go to clients homes bringing with me the freshest and healthiest of ingredients. Some of the individually packaged meals go into the fridge and the rest are frozen. Clients simply heat and serve the meals over the course of a few weeks, and then I come back and repeat the process again.

Clients love the healthy meals, the time saving convenience, the variety and freshness of the ingredients and the healthful principles of cooking and eating involved in all of my culinary creations.

Each serving is $13.75.* Each session consists of a minimum of 12 servings.* So each order is a minimum of $165.00. In the case of the 12 serving program, we do three menu selections at four servings each for a total of twelve servings. In every case, we tailor the menu selections and the number of servings to each households requirements.

So, figure it this way, for the minimum order of 12 servings:
3 menu selections of 4 servings each = 12 servings X $13.75/serving = $165.00

*For fish, seafood, organic free range chicken or turkey add $20.00 for each four servings.
4 servings X 13.75 = 55.00 + 20.00 = $75.00

My philosophy of healthful dining incorporates ideas from many disciplines. I learned to cook as a child under the tutelage of my wise Italian Grandma, mastered the concepts of healthy California vegetarian cuisine while in college and expanded my repertoire of ingredients, techniques and flavors while living and working for 12 years in Japan. What I learned in Japan is very important in that Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques are proving to have significant, long term health benefits.

* For Orange County clients living outside a 15 mile radius of my home base, the minimum order is 16 meals (4 menu selections @ 4 servings each). In LA, San Diego & Palm Springs the minimum order is 20 meals (5 menu selections @ 4 servings each). For orders further than 50 miles a $25.00 delivery fee will be added.
